What if I received the wrong size/item/defective product?
Please contact us at hello@cousinsboutique.com so that we can resolve the issue. Please contact us within seven (7) calendar days of package delivery.
What is your exchange/return policy?
We accept returns or exchanges on unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, tags attached and shoes must be in shoe boxes) within 10 days of fulfillment, for store credit only. Email hello@cousinsboutique.com to begin an exchange/return
Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.
We package and ship every item by hand, ensuring that you're always receiving a quality item when it leaves our door. If a product is damaged in transit, please contact us within 10 calendar days of receiving it. We cannot make any returns or exchanges if your request falls outside the 10 calendar days.
